Refund Policy

At The One Percent, we are committed to delivering immense value through our platform, programs, and community. To maintain the integrity of our learning environment and ensure fairness to all members and instructors, we’ve established the following refund policy.

14-Day Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day refund window from the original date of purchase. Refund eligibility is strictly contingent upon less than 20% of the course content being accessed or completed. This is to ensure refunds are reserved for members who have not substantially consumed the material.

Refunds Will Not Be Granted For:

• Lack of time, discipline, or personal motivation to complete the course
• Financial constraints or changes in personal circumstances after enrolling
• Disagreement with teaching style, delivery format, or course content
• Expectation mismatches due to insufficient research prior to joining
• Misuse of the platform, including unethical behavior, attempting to extract content without engagement, or sharing login credentials
• Violation of community guidelines, including toxic behavior, harassment, or spam
• Accessing premium resources, downloads, or exclusive coaching content
• Requests made after the 14-day period, regardless of engagement

We believe in personal responsibility and encourage all members to commit fully to the process. Growth takes effort — dissatisfaction due to lack of engagement or inconsistent participation will not be grounds for a refund.

Submitting a Refund Request:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Please include your full name, email address used at checkout, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 14 business days.

Important Notes:

• Once a refund is approved and processed, access to the course, platform, and all associated resources and communities will be permanently revoked.
• Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of The One Percent Project Management Services LLC.
• Abuse of the refund policy, including repeated refund requests or suspicious activity, may result in a ban from future enrollments.

By enrolling in our platform, you agree to abide by this policy in full. We are here to help you succeed, but success also requires personal accountability and active participation.
