The One Percent Project Management Services LLC S.O.C is the controller of your personal data for the Platform.

This Policy covers personal data processed when you visit our websites, purchase memberships, access courses or communities, receive support, or otherwise interact with the Platform.

Identity & Contact (name, username, email, phone, country, billing details); Account & Usage (login times, roles, course progress, support tickets, community posts);
Technical (device, browser, IP, approximate location, cookies, analytics identifiers);
Payments (handled by gateways— we receive limited details);
Audio/Video/Images (calls, submissions, posts); Optional (surveys, testimonials, communications).

We process personal data under lawful bases including Consent (marketing, cookies), Contract (account creation, course/community access, payments, support), Legal Obligation (tax, accounting, regulatory), and Protection of Interests/Public Interest (security, fraud prevention, safeguarding minors). Purposes include providing and improving the Platform, personalising content, securing services, subscription management, analytics, support, and communicating updates.

The Platform is not intended for children under 12. If you are 12–17, a parent/legal guardian must (a) provide verifiable consent; (b) be the contracting subscriber; and (c) supervise your use. We minimise data collection for minors and do not conduct behavioural advertising or harmful profiling. If we learn a child used the Platform without required consent, we will suspend and request verification or delete data.

We use essential cookies for core functionality and optional analytics/performance cookies to understand usage and improve content. You can control cookies via your browser and in‑product settings; some features may not function without essential cookies.

We share personal data with processors/service providers (hosting, learning platforms, communications, support, payments, analytics) under confidentiality and security obligations; professional advisors and regulators/law enforcement when required; and in corporate transactions. We do not sell personal data.

Where data is transferred outside the UAE, we use mechanisms recognised by the UAE Data Office (adequacy, contractual safeguards, or other approved measures) and implement appropriate technical and organisational protections.

We implement layered security controls (access management, encryption in transit, secure development, monitoring, staff training). No system is 100% secure; use strong passwords and enable two‑factor authentication where available.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or to comply with legal, tax, accounting, and safeguarding obligations. We apply retention schedules and securely delete or anonymise data when no longer needed.

We send service/transactional emails (receipts, access). With consent, we send marketing/newsletters; you may opt out any time via unsubscribe links or by emailing support.

Content you post in community areas may be visible to other members. Use discretion and avoid sharing sensitive information. We may moderate or remove content that violates the Terms or law.

We do not use solely automated decision‑making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or email.
