TERMS & CONDITIONS

“The 1%” (the Platform) includes our websites, apps, courses, coaching, community spaces, and related services provided by The One Percent Project Management Services LLC S.O.C (the Company). By registering or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

Minimum age is 12 years. If you are between 12 and 20 years old, a parent or legal guardian must provide verifiable consent and act as the contracting subscriber responsible for payments, supervision, and compliance. We may request identity or consent verification. Access is personal and non‑transferable; sharing logins or content is prohibited.

Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security incident.

Plan options (monthly/quarterly/annual) and prices are shown at checkout and may change for future cycles. Fees exclude applicable taxes or government charges unless stated. By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing until cancellation in accordance with these Terms.

All fees are non‑refundable once charged because access to digital content/services is granted immediately. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid term. If we fail to supply purchased access/material and cannot remedy within a reasonable time after your notice, we may issue a pro‑rata credit or refund. Confirmed cases of fraud, duplicate charges, or unlawful payments will be credited or refunded. Nothing limits non‑excludable rights under applicable UAE consumer laws.

All Platform content (courses, videos, templates, live calls, community posts, branding) is the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. We grant a limited, revocable, personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own learning during an active subscription. Copying, recording, reselling, redistributing, scraping, training models on, or creating derivative works is prohibited without our written permission.

Act with respect and professionalism. No harassment, defamation, hate speech, spamming, illegal content, or disruptive behaviour. Do not share confidential information of other members or the Company. Marketing of competing platforms or misleading claims in community areas requires our written approval. We may moderate, remove content, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations.

We provide education, tools, and mentorship; we do not guarantee earnings, business outcomes, employment, or investment returns. Testimonials and case studies are illustrative only and not guarantees.

External mentors/guests may participate; their views are their own. Third‑party tools (payment gateways, messaging platforms, cloud hosts) are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

You may access proprietary strategies, methods, and community insights. You agree not to disclose, license, publish, or exploit such materials outside the Platform without our written consent.

We may modify, upgrade, or discontinue features, classes, or content. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. Maintenance windows may occur.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, misuse, or legal/compliance reasons. You may cancel at any time under these Terms. Upon termination, your licence ends and you must cease using and delete any downloaded materials (if any were permitted).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the event. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third‑party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai (outside free zones). Disputes will first be addressed in good faith within 30 days of written notice. Unresolved disputes are finally settled by arbitration under the DIAC Rules at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC); seat/place Dubai; language English; one arbitrator (three if claim exceeds AED 2,000,000). Proceedings and award are confidential, subject to enforcement/legal requirements. This does not restrict statutory consumer complaints to competent authorities.

We may contact you via the Platform, email, or other electronic means. Official notices to us must be emailed to support@onepercentplatform.com and copied by courier to the Registered Office above.

Severability: if any provision is invalid, the remainder remains effective. Assignment: you may not assign your rights; we may assign to an affiliate or successor. Entire Agreement: these Terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement. Updates: we may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new Effective Date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
